Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, depending on order size. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment locations
We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of your item shipping.
Damages
If item(s) are damaged during transit, photos will be required, and a replacement or refund will be offered after evaluation.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods if filing a claim through the carrier.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
