A: We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact ordersupport@trisellodesigns.com for return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.

A: To keep your custom apparel looking its best, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the design.
Q: How should I care for my custom apparel?
A: We ship orders within 2-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note, shipping is only available within the U.S., and delays may occur during high-volume periods.

A: We offer a wide range of customization options for apparel, DTF transfers, stickers, and drinkware. Choose from various colors, designs, and materials to create your perfect product.
Q: What customization options do you offer?
Of course! We have both long sleeve and short sleeve polo shirts that are fully customizable. You are able to add your business logo to any style shirt of your choosing, if you do not see it on the website you can send us a message or email us at ordersupport@trisellodesigns.com and we will be sure to fully accomodate your needs.
